Portfolios empower user researchers to showcase their expertise, skill, and experience.  Whether you're just starting out on your research journey or have years of professional experience, crafting a strong portfolio will help build credibility and trust, and create opportunities for engaging work with like-minded teams that value your contributions.

 A session will typically focus on the following:
  • Creating case studies and  portfolios: Tips on how to structure a portfolio, how to present case studies, ideate ways to get more experience/case studies, content to include, mistakes to avoid and the format; whether as a user researcher you need an online portfolio.
  • Reviewing an existing website and/or case studies: provide feedback and point out any issues I see
