I am passionate about discovering and then doing the right thing for the customer while approaching the business challenges and constraints under which all commercial endeavours operate.  I like to observe and talk to people, and understand what they do and why they do it.  Can technology help them?  I like to collaborate with people to design and create enjoyable experiences.
